CORONAVIRUS UPDATE

Our firm continues to monitor the developing Coronavirus situation. Our office is open normal business hours and are accessible via phone, email, and teleconference. We have full access to resources needed to serve our clients and conduct business remotely. If you do need to visit us at the office, please call us at (248) 556-3732 to schedule an appointment before your arrival. We do require that all visitors wear masks in our office, and can provide a mask upon request.

 

Michigan courts continue to develop protocol to address this situation, and local Administrative Orders are changing daily. Our attorneys are following these changes and are happy to discuss how state Executive Orders and local court Administrative Orders impact your family law case. Many Courts are conducting hearings virtually via Zoom. In most situations, if our case load allows, we are able to offer services to productively address family law situations, including advising our clients, filing new cases, filing motions, participating in mediations, negotiating out-of-court resolutions, handling Collaborative Law matters, and attending appearances scheduled by the Court. We are accepting new clients at this time.

 

Although we are all making adjustments as we weather this crisis together, we are available to assist you with your family law needs. Our office line remains open and calls will be answered.
